Helping Hands
|
There are many reasons why people need the services of charitable organizations. Each one of us has
likely fallen on rough times, or know of someone else who has. During the colder winter months, and
especially at Christmas, our hearts open up and we give freely where and when we can. However,
charitable organizations need to work relentlessly throughout the entire year. With fund-raising,
collecting, distributing donations, and of course keeping the organizations themselves well organized,
there is a continual need for support from the community as a whole.
We would like to provide you with a glimpse inside these organizations, and
hope that by doing so, we will encourage you to keep giving and offering support to these charities
year round. Please feel free to check back here on a regular basis. We will profile these
organizations, as we have information available. |
